Central heating boilers are the heart of most homes, and generally not thought about until they aren't working properly. An annual service ensures the appliance is working safely, and provides an opportunity to identify any issues that could lead to future problems. Regular servicing can extend the life of the boiler and help keep fuel costs down.

Your central heating boiler will be serviced in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines. This will include cleaning, inspection and testing of various components. We will also carry out a system inspection and water quality test to identify any undetected issues. Your engineer will give you full details of any findings and/or recommendations.

Ideally, the warmer Summer months, when the boiler is under less strain. If you wait until it's cold and there is a problem, you may be without heating and/or hot water when you need it the most. However, a service can be completed at any time.

The cost of a service is £74.99 for standard boilers (Combi, heat only and system boilers) and £94.99 for back boilers. Adey ProCheck system water analysis costs £10 extra and can save you hundreds in repairs later on.

We have a set call out fee of £54.99 that covers you for the first hour. Often, the boiler can be repaired in that time without the need for parts. When parts are needed, the engineer will explain the issue and the costs of carrying out the repair. Additional labour is charged at £35 per hour.
